Terms of service

Short, because the service is simple.

What you get

A conversion of a bank statement PDF into a spreadsheet. Each row is checked against the statement's running balance; rows that don't reconcile are flagged in the output. We aim for accuracy but you remain responsible for verifying figures before relying on them for accounting, tax or legal purposes.

Payment

Packs are prepaid credits, one credit per successful conversion. Failed or unrecognised conversions are not charged. Credits don't expire. Keys are shown once at checkout and emailed by Stripe's receipt; keep them safe, as lost keys can be recovered only with the Stripe payment reference. Refunds for unused packs are available within 14 days by emailing statementsheets@proton.me.

Acceptable use

Only upload statements you are entitled to process. Don't use the service to automate bulk scraping of other people's financial documents.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We may change supported banks, prices or features at any time. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.
