How to download a Maybank eStatement PDF (Malaysia)

Where to find your Maybank savings or current account eStatement in Maybank2u or the MAE app, and how to convert it to Excel.

Maybank2u (web)

1. Sign in at maybank2u.com.my.
2. Go to Accounts → select the account.
3. Click Statements / eStatement and choose the month.
4. Click the PDF to download.

MAE app

1. Sign in and go to the account.
2. Tap Statements, choose the month, and download.

Maybank's layout

Maybank statements use trilingual headers (Malay, Chinese, English), DD/MM/YY dates, and a single amount column with a + or − suffix instead of separate withdrawal and deposit columns. The Maybank converter reads the sign and splits amounts into withdrawal and deposit columns, then reconciles against the statement balance.

Other Malaysian banks

CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank and Bank Islam statements usually follow a standard Date / Description / Debit / Credit / Balance layout.
