How to download a UOB eStatement as a PDF
Step-by-step: find and download your UOB account eStatement PDF in UOB TMRW or Personal Internet Banking, and what to do with it next.
UOB issues a PDF statement for every account each month. Here's where it is and how to get it.
In the UOB TMRW app
- Open UOB TMRW and sign in.
- Tap the account you want.
- Tap the three-dot or More menu, then eStatements (sometimes under Documents).
- Pick the month. Tap the download or share icon to save the PDF to your phone or send it to yourself.
In Personal Internet Banking (desktop)
- Sign in at uob.com.sg.
- Go to Accounts → select the account.
- Choose eStatements / eAdvices.
- Select the statement month and click the PDF link. Your browser saves it to Downloads.
Things that trip people up
- Only the PDF works for conversion. A screenshot of the app's transaction list has no text layer; the eStatement PDF does.
- Statements are usually ready in the first few days of the following month. If a month is missing, it may not be generated yet.
- Multi-account customers get one PDF per account, not a combined one. Convert each separately.
- Older statements may need to be requested from the bank; online history is typically a few years.
Getting it into Excel
Once you have the PDF, drop it on the UOB converter. You get one row per transaction with the running balance checked against UOB's printed figures, in Excel, CSV, or Xero and QuickBooks import formats. The first conversion each month is free.
