How to download a DBS or POSB eStatement PDF

Where to find your DBS or POSB account eStatement in digibank and download it as a PDF, plus how to turn it into an Excel spreadsheet.

DBS and POSB share the same digibank platform, so the steps are identical.

digibank mobile

1. Open digibank and sign in.
2. From the home screen, tap More (bottom right), then eDocuments (you may see eStatements directly).
3. Choose Statements, then the account and the month.
4. Tap the statement to open it and use the download or share icon to save the PDF.

digibank online (desktop)

1. Sign in at dbs.com.sg or posb.com.sg.
2. Under My Accounts, choose View eStatements / eAdvices.
3. Select the account, the year and the month, then click the PDF icon.

Two DBS statement layouts

DBS issues two kinds of PDF, and both convert: - Account statement for a single savings or current account, with a Date / Details of Transactions / Withdrawal / Deposit / Balance table. - Consolidated statement covering deposits, SRS, CPF investment and more, with a summary page followed by transaction details per account.

If you have a consolidated statement, the transactions section is what gets converted; the summary page is read for balances.

Common questions

• No statement for a month? POSB savings accounts with no transactions in a month may not get one, except the December statement.
• Scanned or photographed? Won't convert. It has to be the PDF digibank generates.

Convert it

Drop the PDF on the DBS converter or the POSB converter. Every row is reconciled against the printed balance before you download.
