How to download an OCBC eStatement PDF

Find your OCBC 360 or other account statement in the OCBC app or internet banking, download the PDF, and convert it to Excel with value dates preserved.

OCBC Digital app

1. Sign in and tap the account.
2. Tap Statements (or the document icon at the top).
3. Choose the month and tap Download.

OCBC Internet Banking

1. Sign in at ocbc.com.
2. Go to Accounts → the account you need → eStatements.
3. Select the month and click the PDF.

What's special about OCBC statements

OCBC prints both a transaction date and a value date for each line, plus a cheque column, and PayNow descriptions often run three or four lines ("via PayNow-Mobile / to Corner Bakery / OTHR - OTHR"). A good conversion keeps both dates and joins the description lines into one row. The OCBC converter does exactly that, and checks each balance against the printed one.
